Who will be eligible?
• Adults ages 19 through 64 without Medicaid dependent children who have incomes up to 10 percent of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL). According to current guidelines, 10 percent FPL for a single adult is equivalent to about $90 per month.

When will it be implemented?
• Implementation of the AwDC expansion is scheduled for April 1, 2012.

Is there a waitlist?
• Yes. The Department must limit enrollment to keep the costs within the available funding.
• Enrollment will be limited to the first 10,000 individuals who apply and are determined eligible. The Department will maintain a waitlist of applicants then automatically enroll individuals on a first-come-first-serve basis.
