His willingness to show up\, listen\, and engage directly with community concerns left a lasting impression. \nDougherty’s record of public service has also drawn attention across Colorado. As Boulder District Attorney\, he has conducted Know Your Rights trainings\, supported immigrant protection efforts\, developed innovative hate-crime initiatives\, and worked to ensure that vulnerable communities have access to justice.
